Northeast Turkey & Georgia tour

This blog comprises the impressions gathered during a six day travel through the northeast of Turkey (provinces Erzurum, Ardahan, Artvin, Rize and Trabzon) and the southwest of Georgia (Batumi). The tour was mainly conducted by car and comprised a couple of walks and hiking tours through the impressive nature of that region.

... having grilled and cooked corn as a snack!

We are passing through an impressive canyon and getting closer to one of Turkey's focus areas for artificial dam projects for electricity production.
