Very traditional Turkish stew with white beans, beef and tomato sauce served with white rice. Very yummy! Çayeli is the place to taste it ! Reserve some room for a mouth watering "sütlaç" with "findik" ( milk rice with hazelnuts). Enjoy your meal :-)
